Adam is a family business based in Thessaloniki, specialising in the production and trading of organic herbs and nuts from the Greek countryside. The favourable climate coupled with the huge landscape variation found in Greece support the richest flora in Europe, with many endemic species. The aromatic and therapeutic qualities of herbs are enhanced by the long periods of sunshine and arid conditions which force the plants to produce more essential oil to protect themselves from drying out. On the other hand, the maritime influence upon the mountainous terrain of Greece also proves very beneficial to a series of fruiting and nut-giving trees. With the application of the right code of growing, drying and handling Adam is able to offer top quality organic produce from different parts of the country.
